The beach of Bota and it´s surroundings like the Dunar de la Canaleta Park are also worth mentioning. Both are considered natural spaces that are being studied to declare them protected spaces.
Since July 1989, Los Enebrales, the El Portil Lagoons and the Odiel marshlands have been declared protected natural spaces by Andalusia.
